<p> Contact <a href="mailto:judy@tagtoys.com">judy@tagtoys.com</a> to receive an authorization code for returning merchandise. Damaged, defective or shorted items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All other merchandise must be returned within 30 days of ship date. The items must be in their original packaging, unused and in salable condition to receive credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs relating to returned merchandise, including initial delivery and return delivery. </p>

<p> Returned merchandise can be used for store credit or refunded to your credit card.<br/>

<h5>Order Cancellation Fee</h5>
<p> There is no cancellation fee for orders placed that are cancelled before shipment. Orders that have been shipped and are cancelled or refused prior to delivery will be billed a $10 handling fee plus shipping charges incurred for round trip shipment back to our warehouse. This fee applies to any order shipped that is unclaimed and returned to our warehouse by the shipping carrier. This fee does not apply to orders placed for items which are backordered, if the order is cancelled before it is processed or shipped. If a shipment that leaves our warehouse is refused, we will bill round trip shipping expenses, plus a 15% restock fee to recover our costs.</p>
<p><strong>Pricing: </strong>We make every effort to have correct pricing and shipping costs displayed on our website. In the event that shipping and or pricing may not be accurate due to a typographical error or other system glitch, we will contact you before your order is shipped. We reserve the right to charge the advertised price listed on our website for your order, and or additional shipping charges if unpublished oversized fees apply or pricing errors occur during your checkout process.</p>
<h5>TAG Toys Shipping Policies </h5>
<p>Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, <strong>TAG Toys</strong> ships all items within two days of receiving an order. Personalized items will ship within 7 days. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped. </p>
<h5>TAG Toys Shipping Rates</h5>
<p>We ship U.P.S. for most orders. Some of our oversized items are shipped via D.H.L. Our shipping charges are based on weight. <strong>TAG Toys</strong> uses U.P.S. published rates.</p>
